Final Shape pre ordered problem

I have pre ordered the final shape and got tesselation, the ghost shell, and the first emblem. But now it says I can’t get the ship and the new emblem even though I payed $100 for this expansion. What do I need to do to fix this because bungie hasn’t helped me. All they are doing is sending me this ai generated response and it is the same over and over. Somebody please help me. I am so frustrated by this. Bungie hasn’t helped. Anyone who has encountered this problem and has it fixed please tell me what you did.

    Recheck your preorder status on your platform store and contact their support if necessary. The preorder items aren't removed in-game when that happens. When the delay was announced, most/all platforms cancelled preorders and people had to preorder again. You should've have not* been charged but if you were to need to take it up with platform support
