There is a huge difference between trash talk and cyber bullying.

Edited by Carvoic: 8/9/2016 7:30:28 AMI don't understand. Is someone religiously following you around and "bullying" you? What exactly do you mean by "bullying"? This is the internet, you can block, ignore, mute. You can even leave the site for a bit and do something else. Unless you pissed off a hacker or a large group of people, bullying on the internet isn't a HUGE deal.

People get bullied by people that they find it hard to escape from. For example they might not be able to cut all ties without convincing their friends to also cut all ties. Do you leave a clan because of one bully or do you expect the clan leaders to shut down bullying as soon as they see it? Should bullies be rewarded with the power to control who is and isn't a member of their group of friends, or should the rest of the group ostracise the bully for trying to subvert control of the group like that? This isn't about how to handle random assholes on the internet. This is about standing up for your friends and not letting dickheads run your life.

Nah, there isn't. If someone is being made fun of or trash talk, you report them/mute them/kick them/ignore them. And to be honest, if someone is making fun of me, I give right back to them. I don't stand for bullsh#t and stand up for myself. My parents taught me to have balls. Sad how kids these days are "precious little snowflakes" with liberal ideologies of togetherness. Git gud scrub!
