That said, we do not remove posts simply for criticizing Bungie. Feedback is always welcome as long as it's constructive and doesn't violate the Code of Conduct in some way.

I've criticized Bungie a lot and never had a post removed. Maybe it's the WAY you're criticizing them and not the critiques themselves that's the issue. Don't break the Code of Conduct
