My wife's account has the Lightfall + Annual Pass and she can play all the content that it provides on both of her already created characters. However upon creating a third new character she can no longer access the Season of the Witch content (only on her new Warlock).
There is a blank circle there with a pink Bungie icon that says "Placeholder Type"
I have attempted to restore her licenses on the PS5 to no avail. I have restarted the game. I have double checked that its still showing her as having the content in the Store.. everything says she should be able to play Season of the Witch content.. but she still cannot begin the quest to open the portal.
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated!
