Cross save issue
I was cross saving my PlayStation account onto my steam when my steam account randomly activated by itself, (now I have two different accounts). My steam as primary and PlayStation on secondary and cant switch them. I have to wait 64 days to activate my PlayStation account but final shape isn't far away. To deactivate cross save I have to activate both accounts but cant with my PlayStation. Any help to get my PlayStation account back or switch them????

1 ReplyIf you can't authenticate your PlayStation account you wouldn't have been able to activate Cross Save. If you really did lose access to that account, you will need to work with PlayStation support to recover access in order to deactivate Cross Save. Bungie won't forcibly do it on your behalf for security reasons.

1 ReplyYou need to wait out the cooldown -> deactivate -> wait a further 90 days to reactivate. Once deactivated all platforms go back to their own characters only.
