While I think 25-30 handling would be fine, I'm not sure what amount of extra damage would be enough. Since Close to Melee has practically infinite uptime and 30% feels like a weak buff, I don't think 50-75% would be wildly out of band, especially considering low Glaive reserves, even with mods, but I'm not a game dev, so I'm not sure how balanced or unbalanced that'd end up being. Either way, Glaives' projectiles feel outclassed by fusion rifles and their melees land in the same range as shotguns with a fraction of the damage, so I feel like including a perk like this, which, in behavior and name (Kinda, I tried), would be the reverse of Trench Barrel, would do a lot to help them feel really unique and stand out from the other weapon archetypes they're trying and failing to compete with.
