I've encountered this bug recently after getting wardens law. If you try and break a barrier champions sheild after it's gone up with radiant it will do nothing. If you deql continous damage to the barrier champ to prompt it to start the animation it stuns them fine. But if the shield goes up it's completely before you shoot it's useless.
