Discount Chicken Paprikash

Ingredients
1 lb of chicken, cut in large pieces
1 large white onion, diced
1 cup sour cream
3 tbsp of paprika
Salt and pepper
Water, as needed
1 box of elbow macaroni
1 large pot
1 large pan
Olive oil
1. Turn stovetop to medium heat and grease pan with olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper and let it sit in the fridge for at least ten minutes so the seasoning can soak into the chicken.
2. Cook the chicken until they are brown on all sides DO NOT COOK IT COMPLETELY.
3. Remove chicken and set aside (keep them warm) and sauté onions until they are translucent.
4. Remove onions from pan and keep warm, get rid of pan.
5. Place onions and chicken in large pot and fill it with water until the top of the chicken barely touches the surface.
6. Let the chicken mixture simmer on low heat COVERED for 45 minutes.
7. Assuming you know how to cook pasta noodles, cook elbow macaroni in separate pan, should take you ten minutes. Drain water from macaroni and keep warm.
8. Remove chicken from water. The water should be reduced, add sour cream and paprika to the chicken flavored water and stir that creamy -blam!-.
9. Put chicken and macaroni into the cream and let it cook for five more minutes.
10. Serve with large spoon.
