So.. seen the new exotic class items.
For the most part I can't see myself using it because the perks are not that good for a Titan for one reason if not more. Considering you can only wear one exotic, and 2 of titans best subclasses supers are tied to exotics to make them s tier, without them the super are rubbish in end game content. The only place these exotic class item can be good is pvp and I'm not a pvp person

I’m excited for my warlock to have a good damage super outside of dawnblade/dawn chorus. Star eaters scale to power up a needlestorm, nova, or chaos reach, then apotheosis veil to spam 4-5 fusion bases at the boss once the super is over. Damage is gonna be nuts. Or Osmiomancy and starfire for infinite fusion grenade spam on the level of sunbracer grenades. I’m looking forward to what other combos I can think of

For titan, Synthoceps and severance will go hard. Clear an entire room of high health enemies with 1 powered melee kill. For hunter, Inmost light and verity will go very nicely together with the amount of ranged melee abilities you get and the special grenade is more focused around damage. For warlock, imma try for osmiomancy and star eaters for fast super regen and a nova bomb that can well, bomb. Lots of good stuff here, but I might wait till ww actually get the subclass to really get a feel for it. I see people saying it won't be used in day 1 but I imagine people that plan on beating day 1 have already figured out builds they want to test before the raid that could be very potent. Even without the class item

6 RepliesNo necrotic grip for other classes. Shame. So unfair that warlocks are the only ones to have fun with weapons of sorrow. Im sick of having to play warlock to use these guns at their full potential. Meanwhile the 2 other classes have zero specific weapons they can enhance. (Dont even talk about the moth grenade launcher combo + the hunter gauntlets its basically nerfing you to use these gauntlets)

10 RepliesThe...exotic class items that can have TWO exotic perks instead of one...And don't have a set, locked perk roll...Won't be worth using to you? So if you run Striker, a Mark with both Dunemarchers AND the Falling Star perk would not be MORE worth it than just running Falling Star? If you run Solar, a Mark with Khepri's Horn AND Phoenix Cradle wouldn't be more worth it than just running one of them? I'm not sure what world you're living in man.

16 RepliesYou do realize several things have been reworked and we’re waiting to find out the actual details. Wait before saying you’re just going to use something we only know partially about. How many Titan mains said the same thing about strand before using it? I’m 100% sure there will be broken things to use.

My main issue with them is it would appear Bungie is adding something else just for the sake of saying they did. They will move some place settings around on the table and call it content. Also… they continue to not understand the meta in their game.

4 RepliesI’m hoping they can be used with other subclasses and not just prismatic. I’m looking forward to using the class item on stasis. Hoping to get one with the armamentarium and hoarfrost barricade. Will be awesome really

3 Replieshonestly most the perks are kinda useless you want 2 perks that feed into each other or atleast 1 perk that shares synergy with your subclass and the other is just for improving way of life for hunters anything thats boosting your melee or grenade damage will be great.. for titans healing and movement speed and for warlocks ability chaining and survivability honestly im looking forward to the new arc super but ill pass on everything else so far.. maybe that new fusion rifle will be good

I personally was hoping for a combo of ophidians with knucklehead radar. Nothing special, Just the simple things. Oh well. Not suprised ill be disappointed.

I am not overly excited. Being forced to use prism subclass to make the new exotic work is bad! I do not like the fact you can only get this after world first raid completion and that it is a random drop from an "activity"; meaning that you may play a bunch and NEVER get the best roll. No bad luck protection AGAIN! Too little information, once again doing the metering thing with how much they are sharing. At this point, nothing is going to change so just be honest and straight forward. Do not leave room for speculation. Anything left out is room for players to go the wrong direction with what is revealed.
