Can't transfer my steam linked account

My Steam account got locked, and I can't sign in to any related steam affiliated websites. Which means I cannot unlink my steam binded account to another platform. Is there anyone from Bungie support that can help me unlink my account? Name is: X-Eclipse Power level: 1812 Rank: 6
