Hello everyone, we are recruiting for the Day 1 raid for The Final Shape. We are currently seeking individuals who are keen to join, regardless of skill level. If you feel you may need improvement in the game, that's completely fine as we are more than willing to help you progress. Before delving into specifics, we want to offer a heads-up: being in our clan or server does not guarantee a spot on the team. Confirmation will only come with an invitation to a private group chat set up specifically for the day. Our ideal team members would be those who gel well together, show competence in gameplay or have a knack for quick learning, are adaptable and are prepared to be fully committed during day 1. It's important to outline the approach we plan to take on day 1 to prevent any future conflicts. Our primary aim is to undertake the raid within the first 24 hours. If we find ourselves at the final boss and its pretty late depending on the teams condition we might push to finish it or take a break and pick it up after a little break depending on how much time is left. During the day 1 progression, we prefer to solve encounters as a team without external influences. This means refraining from watching streamers or using guides. We also discourage sharing insights from other sources, as it can impact team morale negatively. Lastly, commitment is key. If you express interest in joining us but consistently stay aloof from tryouts or interactions, it may affect your standing. Building rapport and engaging with the team, both in Destiny and outside, can bolster your chances. As we approach the event date, we will become more selective, so for now, focus on fostering connections and showing what you bring to the table (communication, damage capability, etc) we will highly consider hunters and warlocks or those that can effectively swap between the 2 with little to no loss in ability even more so if you can do it with all 3 classes reason is assigned roles will ultimately be for the good of the team and being adaptable is highly favored.
