Healing from eating and meds: Heal wounds and injuries almost instantly from consuming food and medicine and/or using bandages and the like. How much and what heals depends on the injury and what is used/eaten. ONLY WORKS FOR YOU.
Invisible inventory: Carry various items in an inventory that doesn't show on your person that you can easily access. What you can carry and how much you can carry varies upon your physical strength. You can carry as much stuff as you want, but carrying too much will cause you to move much more slowly.
Fast Travel: Traveling long distances will seem nearly instantaneous to you. The amount of time needed to travel will still go by normally. You can choose to travel by walking or by another method. Using a car, bus, etc. will take less time, but resources like money and gas will still be used.
Upgrade/perk tree: Gain the ability to earn points to spend on yourself. Points are earned over time by "Gaining XP" by doing regular things throughout the day; exercising, doing work, chores, etc. Points are spent on Strength, intelligence, reflexes, etc.
Quest arrow and guides: Gain the ability to see a quest arrow, pointing you in the direction of your current goal or objective. You will also see messages or hints that can help you.
Crafting/cooking/building abilities and recipes: Gain the ability to create things more or less in the style of Minecraft. Put the proper materials and supplies in the proper way in appropriate places and they will be made nearly instantly with little actual labor needed. Cooking will require time.
Which would you choose?

I'll take the inventory either way, but like, instead of an encumbrance system, can I have item slots instead? Y'know, like, I have 20 or so slots which can carry any item I want, but I can only carry 20 items no matter what they are. Preferably this also comes with a stacking system, so 20 apples would only take up one slot as long as they're all apples.
