Dawning cheer Sparrow ain't working correctly
All sparrows got a buff where it passively regains boost charge correct? But my favorite sparrow the one I used the most often dawning cheer doesn't. In fact it's even worse instead of going down a small chunk and not regaining it slowly drains over time without recharging.
