Shaxx not resetting or allowing for engram earning
Title.
This has been highlighted by many people across Reddit, Twitter, and these forums, but Bungie has been completely silent regarding whether its intentional or a bug.
This is a limited time event, and you've made Shaxx the only vendor in the game without a way to infinitely farm gear via engrams.
