We encountered 2 issues in our pantheon run. For golgoroth, one of our player would grab the gazeas noted by the in game text, he would then immediately lose the gaze resulting in the tablet mechanic activating and us losing out on 4 out of 6 of the damage phases. For the explicator, the planet shift mechanic is broken. After moving the planets in the back (towards the boss) the plants would shift but the flashing mechanic never happens. After getting the buff again the planets showed 2/3 correct, did not matter which ones we moved,we could not progress the mechanic, it would pick another planet at random. This ruined the entire run we can't do anything now.
