Sadly didnt take a picture but it happens to me every raid where at the end vendor after the final boss I can not purchase my red border or anything at all from the vendor. It clicks, the item drops like if i had made a purchase but I never receive an item or lose spoils. Also while doing pantheon I found that every time I get in the elevator for Atraks-1 I died the moment the elevator reaches the top. I tried low frames, high frames, standing crouching, healing grenade before going in... everything and no matter what I die.
