The thing that jumped out at me was the encounters they chose. This is not aimed at the average player. Definitely geared towards raiders. Caretaker requires three or four players on the team to be good. If I was looking to get randos interested in raiding I would choose the encounters without bosses in them. The boss fight is arguably more forgiving than the two I noticed, caretaker and Golgoroth. They are two of the best encounters though. Being in a playlist may draw more people new to raiding. This is a double edged sword. I got everything crafted, I can see Caretaker being nightmarish with randos getting yeeted or falling on the third level. I may try it, but probably not.
