State of Crucible/Matchmaking
I have played this game since 2014 and i cant tell where it all went wrong. Im a very calm person. Like to the point where I wasnt even that pissed off when my first love cheated on me. But crucible has made me put holes in my desk. I lost 8 straight crucible matches with 5 of them being mercy. every time i was put up aginst strand titans and void hunters who hid the entire game and spammed hand canons. They also had multiple with Guilded flawless titles. I suck at crucible and have proved it time and time again so why am i getting put up against genuine sweats and try hards that never leave crucible. If im not using a hand cannon, super fast pulse, or have 2 other teammates with me then its an immediate loss. Im not good with hand canons but if im not using one then i cant hold my own. Please fix this Bungie its my biggest complaint with the game.

1 ReplyBungie's PvP fix has already been put in motion. The new sandbox / trends are the direction. It's PvP for PvP players. The space magic is still there....if it went completely away Destiny PvP would lose its identity. Being able to lean on it an entire match has been removed, that's al. Current sandbox is WAY better than its been in very long time. More or less......the content neglect years. I lost track what was it 4 or 5 years? Devolving for about 8. .......at any rate enough was enough. Took complete numbers collapse to get it reversed......but better late than never.

Your not alone, at least put some of those try hards on my team? No. Why am I always on top of my team? Why do they match me against rank 7+ with rank 5s and 6s on my team. Please make it make sense.

I see your frustration. I’ve played steady since the week after D1 beta. Not a great crucible player. In 6v6, my performance is 8% of the total. The Bungi database knows every keypress the opponents & I have ever made. Matchmaking must be tilted somehow to see so many more losses. Best advice is not to play crucible more than the minimum. I did my 3 Iron Banner matches for the week, all losses, one was amercy. Then go back to pvp. Destiny is a great pvp game with tons of varied activities. Fishing is better than shooting someone 5 times & then getting one shot. Often, I am shooting someone and somebody else I never saw one shots me from the side. Play more pvp, be happy.

You saying that caused me to imagine your desk covered in cigarette buts and empty potato chip bags with a random revolver sitting on them. There's a lot of extra stuff going on with the pvp and the relentless desire to have it work with all kinds of rpg rules attached to it. When things go wrong that's what I blame.
