7th oracle wont spawn at all for about a week
For some reason, i've collected all 6 oracles, completed the exotic quests from Eris, and even have white nail 3.
Now for some reason, the 7th oracle wont spawn at all, i am unable to obtain white nail 4 or even the ship.
