I've done Pantheon twice this week, Once on the 3rd and the other one I just finished 10mins ago. my team has gotten platinum score on every encounter for both times and twice now the caretaker platinum Score has not counted for the triumph for the seal. I believe this is a bug and the that the source of bug my come from something bungie did when they disabled checkpoints in the Pantheon.
