Can't play seasonal storyline but I have the + pass
I can't play any of the old seasonal Stoyline for season 20 to 22, but I have the annual pass pluss all the expansions, but i see a required season message, but i own all expansions. My boyfriend has the annual pass and he can play those storylines. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times and don't know what else to do.

Was the annual pass edition bought on another account? Season passes get applied one-time to the purchasing account. Another account on the same console may 'see' that the annual pass edition is installed, but it is not the annual pass edition itself that gives access to the seasonal content, it is those season passes that the annual pass edition applies to your account.
