Special ammo not being granted
So I've been playing the new territory mode in Crucible. I have noticed that when I join a match in progress and not be granted my one shot of special ammo. Is this a bug or design, and I'm interested if anyone else has noticed this or thought it was design.

Hey there, Thank you for reaching us. In our last patch note, we made the change that Special ammo bricks will now exclusively drop from Primary weapon final blows, regardless of whether the player who was defeated had Special ammo.
