Should I go for strand and stasis on my Warlock and/or Titan

Stasis is garbage in general but stand is decent in general. Get both just to have them just in case Bungie ever decides to finally do something meaningful about stasis lul (probably never)

Why not, if you have the DLCs available to you might as well get the subclasses.
