Let me explain. The extra Wolfpack round that spawns when an enemy dies can and will kill you if there are no enemies to target. The round will do what the other wolfpack rounds do in that case (fall to the ground and explode) but if the extra one lands at your feet or next to you it'll kill you. The first time it happened I just chalked it up to a typical Bungie misadventure. But the second time, I was able to watch it happen. I discovered this and tested it in the Empty Tank lost sector. I assume it's easier to see due to it being in an enclosed space. Easiest way to test and see is on legendary use it on the overload at the door at the start. You can stand on the stairs and have a clean shot and not be close enough to blow yourself up. When he dies watch the extra "missile" spawn and watch it hit the wall next to you or at your feet and kill you. It's not the other Wolfpack rounds either. Cluster bombs don't do it either, it's just the extra damage "missile" from the catalyst. I haven't seen it on the known issues list and I had to prove it to my classmates just to get them to see. Has anyone else noticed this or does noone pay that close of attention?
