Count the bar, standard is usually 45 lbs.

I pressed 150 4 times up and down and I'm only 10 stone (sorry don't know what that is in American pounds)

I don't bench press, but I can lift a 240lb night storage heaters out of a house into a van. Yes it about kills me and I usually do it with another to make it easy. But I can and have regally enough.

Was 295 before I tore my rotator cuff and labrum trying to bench more. Was out of the weight room for about 15 years. During high school my bench was 350.
