My fire team and I were attempting all the Last Wish Raid challenges, however, we were purposely failing the challenges because we were unsure if we were doing them correctly. We completed Kalli challenge no problem and got the triumph, however on Shuro-Chi for “Which Witch” we purposely got hit by her and no Challenge Failed appeared. TLDR; Purposely got hit by Shuro-Chi…”Challenge Failed” does not show up in Kill Feed
