[Request] Could there be a Fragment or mod that improves Spark of Frequency?
Hey,
I figured that with Hunter's Solar ability to improve reload with either precision kills or dodge, Spark of Frequency should last longer than two seconds. Maybe 10 seconds? I mean, c'mon, Riskrunner's reload is [u]lousy[/u]. Give a brotha a hand?
Aside: being Amplified used to be enough, then it got nerfed. <.<

If you're using arc hunter, being amplified intrinsically grants you a large amount of reload speed with the aspect flow state.
