I tuned in for the full hour long dev livestream on 3/19, but for whatever reason only got ~20% progress for the 1-hr watchtime drop. This problem was also with the 3-hr watchtime drop. This problem repeated for today's 3/26 dev livestream. For those with a similar problem, I managed to fix it by logging out and logging back into my twitch account. My question: is there a way I can have my missing watchtime applied to my drop progress? Assuming I tune in to the full livestream on 4/2 I will be able to get the 1-hr watchtime emblem, but not the 3-hr one, even though I will have fully watched all three livestreams.
