Destiny 2 Nvidia GPU stuttering, then freezing, then crashing on PC. Error code Rutabaga

Yeah I'm completely stumped here.
I've tried;
1) Updating drivers,
2) Uninstalling and reinstalling,
3) Lowering graphics settings,
4) Closing all other apps and processes,
5) Enabling and disabling ECC (ECC was never on to begin with)
It's ONLY Destiny 2 I've had this problem on. The rest of the computer doesn't freeze up - I can ctrl+alt+delete my way out of Destiny 2 and use the rest of my computer fine while Destiny 2 is crashing.
Specs:
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core Processor
Nvidia RTX 4070ti
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.2 GB usable)
