Overlays for cheating programs would cause a ban but I have msi afterburner on my system with no issues however I do not tag riva tuner on my system. Do you cheat in any other programs on your pc? Also do you have a good idea of what programs were running on your pc while playing when you were banned?

PC Bans are usually due to 3rd party software, such as cheat engine, running in the background. The system submits an auto-report with the information to the Bungie team. You'll have to create a new account and buy the game again if you wish to continue playing.
