T4R, what do you guys think of it? Good, bad? Do you use it?
-
I use it. Because I already mentally filter out the ads anyways, since 99% of the time it's for retarded bullshit. I just use Adblock to tell the advertisers that their ads are shit and to remove the last vestiges of the ad that could potentially distract me. I've had to disable it on redvsblue.com because they have this new popup that runs for a minute and a half if I don't.
-
I use it exclusively on youtube, because I long ago grew tired of 30 second- 2:00 commercials for 15 second videos.
-
It is the greatest thing evar
-
If you can't last through a 30 second add, you have no patience.
-
Good. I use it.

Edited by Crash: 7/4/2013 1:35:53 AMI disable ad-block for websites I want to support. Otherwise I keep it on at all times.
-
It's the greatest thing ever. I don't have to sit through pointless YouTube ads and I don't have to see ads on websites.
-
It's amazing, I use it AND Adblock Plus.
-
I have it but I still get ads on Youtube, don't know why.

Edited by OptimusPrime 15: 7/4/2013 1:33:40 AMSo many viruses are carried into your computer from downloading ads. It's very good to use. Sadly though Hulu figured out how to block adblock. They won't play videos if an ad can't play out in full. Youtube will follow suit soon too.
-
I don't use it, but I couldn't care less if other people do. I just want people to stop complaining about ads when they can just get rid of them.
-
Use it, love it.
-
I disabled it. Haven't a clue why.

I have AdBlock Plus installed right into chrome. It works wonders, especially since many viruses are actually carried through ads.
