I played the D2 beta on console, then moved to PC just a few weeks ago. Is there any way to get my beta emblem onto my PC account?
I played D2 from beta all the way through a few months of Forsaken. I just moved to PC D2 as of a few weeks ago. Is there any way to reclaim my beta emblem and get it on here?

As the platforms are separate, you would've had played the beta on PC. However, as cross-save is coming this September, you could then enable your PS4 account as the main and play using that on any platform you own the content on and thus keep your emblems etc.
