Which exotic is better
In case you don't know what these things are, they are gauntlets and chest arm out for a Titan. They are both exotic, so you can only pick one. It's your choice.

Have you guys every actually found evidence to prove ruin wings are better? How do you even know they drop more heavy ammo? Enraged Cinema did a test and more heavy ammo dropped without ruin wings equipped

Ruin Wings is one of the two best armor pieces in the game period. Very best one for a Titan.
