This game does not need a huge overhaul for PvE to be fixed. I don't like PvP, so I'll leave that discussion out. 1. Actual in-game storytelling. I can not fathom why the studio that gave us the Halo-verse seems so inept when it comes to in-game storytelling this time. The story in the grimoire actually does add a lot of detail. Folks, put the story in the game ... House of Wolves was an improvement in storytelling, but you have a LONG way to go. 2. Optional matchmaking. This is one of two things that made me quit Destiny and move on. Accessibility. Very simple ... people MUST be able to quickly find a team in order for them to play. If you want people playing, give them this simple optional tool for all content so they actually CAN play! 3. RNG. It is profoundly frustrating to finish off some of the game's toughest content and receive complete crap for a reward. Loosen this up a bit so we can level our "Legend" more easily. I'm fed up with running PoE over and over again, especially since finding a group can take upwards of 30 minutes on the forums (see point 2). 4. Reverse the auto rifle nerf. Pretty simple. That's it. 4 things and it would be a much better experience for me. As it stands now, no way in hell is ordering TTK.

Edited by AWESEMNITY: 6/24/2015 3:56:51 AMI don't think Mr. Smith was trying to come off as a douche. He seemed like he was excited and made some poor word choices. I know I've done that plenty of times, just not before an audience of thousands of legitimately upset consumers. Unfortunately, the overwhelmingly negative response to a fellow who was attempting to be a human being is why we, as consumers, usually receive rounded-off-edges heavily-PR'ed information from companies. In fairness, the print medium leaves a bit to be desired in fully communicating thoughts and feelings, plus it's an issue people were already upset about, so it was a 'thin-ice' situation not tactfully handled. It is also worth noting that he, most likely, has no input into the financial decisions. I certainly don't think Mr. Smith deserves to lose his job, let alone be subjected to any of the other demeaning suggestions on the forums. That said, the community has a totally legitimate complaint regarding TTK's release and the perceived flippant treatment of the player base. People are usually rather adept at knowing a trite money-grab when they see one, and (especially given Activision's history) it is difficult to see this situation as anything else.

Yeah the guy sounded like a horrible used car sales man. Oh if I show you these emotes and you will throw money at the screen and want to re buy the game again. This almost made me quit. I will quit if I need to buy the expansion on the one and 360 as I play both and dissapointed I spent $190 (2 copys and 2 season passes) so far and now possibly another $80. Plus another copy for my girls xbox 360 with a season pass and now another 40 bucks.

Prepare yourself for the inevitable post removal. They are cleansing the whole forum of this subject. After all, nothing says "we value your feedback" like mass censorship.
