I searched this topic and all I got were old pre Ttk threads. I'm currently grinding 28 Poe for her benevolence based solely on the hope that I can reroll it. Is this still an option for pre Ttk weapons? Of course it isn't for year 2 but I want to be sure the reforge hasn't been taken from all weapons completely before I keep grinding because rngesus is being a total dick to me right now and benevolence just won't drop.
