As someone with Celiac, I understand. Remember to be open to new things, especially tastes. Bread will no longer be the same, and you must accept the new bread as the only bread.

I bought a gluten free quiche the other week, because it was reduced and I thought 'hey why not give it a go'. The pastry tasted like soil, and this was from an apparently top-quality food retailer. If you can avoid gluten-free food, I would highly recommend it.
