Astrocyte Verse
It's honestly one of the best looking exotics in the game, but doesn't seem to work so well. Does anybody have any information or news on this?

Its original purpose was terrifyingly op. It basically let you blink further away while also lessening your cooldown for blink. Well now that i think about it, why not give the voidwalker a nice "evade" ability?
