Curious who I would talk to for a refund - you've now gated content behind a paywall. This was content that I paid for, but no longer have access to (Trials, Prestige Nightfall, Prestige Raid). Under your EULA, it indicates that Bungie may require me to update my game to continue playing it, but does not indicate that access to the base game I paid for would require additional money.
Even if it's possible to construe some of the language in the EULA as supporting of this business practice, I need to at least state that it is very deceptive.

Edited by GrundleBeans: 12/6/2017 6:02:20 PMThe ToS clearly states that Bungie may add, remove, alter, or change content and services at any time with or without warning. It's pretty much a standard boilerplate service contract you'll see with any online service. If you want a refund and give back your game, you'll have to contact the retailer you purchased it from and see what their policy is.

Contact whoever you bought game from to find out their policy on refunds.
