Destiny players:
I have played Destiny since 2014 and I have all the passes until before the last one on PS4, this year I decided to go to PC for performance and graphics so I activated the cross-save but by mistake it was linked to my other PSN account, when I deactivated the cross-save it show me a message that has to wait for 89 days, so i start the process in a different way i migrated my Blizzard account to steam and then enable de Cross-Save and added the correct account and it worked, but I no longer had the Shadowkeep deluxe edition working, so while reporting to Bungie through a ticket (not answered yet) I decided to buy another deluxe edition to have a game working in steam, but my surprise is that this second purchase does not work either.
Request Bungie support with a post and they tell me that you can only buy the pass once per account (Steam) and that mine is associated with the other PSN account that links by mistake (that account don't have the pass) and that the new Deluxe also was lost because an account can only have one pass, so now my two-game licenses are lost.

I hope that my case is not yours and that Bungie becomes aware that he is doing things wrong and that the players and fans of the game that lousy customer service and lack of user understanding is not the way to maintain a community.
Very sad without being able to play with my clan and enjoy this new season pass.

Nothing is broken. You made a mistake and sadly, it costs you access to the Season Passes because you applied them to a different PSN ID's save data. You, yourself, under your own power enabled Cross-Save with a PS4 account that you didn't intend to actually use. You confirmed to the Cross-Save system that it was the account you wanted to use. Then, when you logged in on Steam and the Season Pass was applied to it, that's it. The bonus Season Passes were successfully given to you, the person. It was applied to the PS4 account that you, the person, told the system you wanted to use. The Season Pass was granted to you in the exact manner you had the system set up. Your Season Passes, once granted to an accounts Save Data, are used up. They're not multiple use nor are they sharable. You admitted here in Help6's response that you had messed up: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/253892495?sort=0&page=0 . As Help6 told you then, once applied, your Season Pass is used. It will not be moved for you. Regardless of how much you ask for a special exception, you must accept that your mistake was a mistake, and it will not be fixed by Bungie. Purchasing a Shadowkeep Deluxe multiple times will not apply multiple Season Passes to the account; items given for license ownership are only granted once, regardless of how many times you buy that specific license. The only way you'll receive a Season Pass on your intended characters is to purchase the Season Pass yourself, with Silver, on those characters. Please stop spamming the forums and other people's posts. You've already received assistance multiple times from other people, including community members and actual Bungie employees. You will not be given any Season Passes for free to use on your PS4 account.
