Doki Doki Universal Ornaments Not Available
I purchased the Doki Doki Universal Ornaments sets for all 3 characters with bright dust. Dust was removed. I opened all 3 "boxes" and "unlocked" all 3 sets of ornaments. None of the ornaments from any set are available in collections or in transmog menu. Eververse says I already purchased on account for all 3. Please advise.

Hi there, We're aware of an issue where the Doki Doki ornaments set does not appear in the Collections menu. However, you should still be able to equip the ornaments as usual. If this isn't the case, please use your platform's share feature to capture a video highlighting the issue and upload it to YouTube, then send us the link here. We'll be glad to pass it along to the developers for investigation.
