As you have said Bungie, you are all ears. Get rid of Nolan North as the voice actor for the ghost and get someone who actually fits the role... If need be crawl back to Peter Dinklage and ask for him back if you must, cast someone else or just give us the option to turn Nolan North's annoying performance off and have subtitles instead. In my opinion you have ripped a huge amount of character and humour out of the game.
