My moment was during the mission "Cayde's Stash," I was climbing the Colony Ship, and I jumped onto a platform with nothing behind me, and in the doorway there was a Taken Phalanx, I bet you can figure out what happened next.

1 ReplyI remember running the Dust Palace strike when I had first received my Telesto. I shot an explosive canister with it, hoping the projectiles would destroy it quickly and kill the Taken Phalanx. Before the projectiles detonated, the Phalanx pushed the canister toward me. Let it be said that I stopped using Telesto at that point.

I figured out who they learned it from: Was fighting Valus Mau'ual, did my usual thing of jumping away when he charged me. He jet-headbutted me into the arena ceiling and I died when I hit the floor. Doing the Daily Heroic version of the first story mission in TTK, running to escape Phobos, two major Phalanaxes spawn and turn into each other, with me stuck in the middle. I get rejected out of the group hug like a rocket trying to escape orbit, had I gone up I probably would've made it back to the Tower without my ship.
