It's pretty stupid, thankfully I already prepaid for the next year.
-
It's just the same price as XBL. It's not a big deal.
-
Doesn't sound like a big deal; personally I'm not going to buy into PSplus just because I have my Xbox for every single game and then I just use the PS4 for exclusives like Uncharted 4 etc.
they better make a new twisted metal
-
Anymore bumps, anyone? (:
-
The only reason it could be good if this allowed them to give ps4 better monthly games
-
Only way I see it making it better is if they add some other perk to it and/or if the make it more secure to keep hacking down
-
We'll have to see. I think it could be good in that we might see less shitty games in the Plus monthly freebies. By bringing themselves to the same price they're making the only difference between the two services that Xbox gives better games away. Which is really bad considering Xbox had to rip the free game idea from them in the first place.
-
It could, but I highly doubt it will. They are raising it because people will pay it.

Four reasons I'm not upset about the PS Plus price increase like I was with Evernote or Netflix: 1. The PS Plus price increase brings it into parity with the price for Xbox Live. 2. I already went through this with Xbox Live back in my Xbox 360 days. 3. I'm sold on the "free" games every month. Hopefully this means more and better games. 4. I can always find a deal for PS Plus just like I could always find a deal for Xbox Live.
-
I don't think it's as big a deal as everyone says, but it's certainly not a good thing either. Especially considering how lacking PS Plus is currently
-
I would it will be like any price increase, pay more for the same or less in benefits. How often do we get value for money. Related, but not: i ate at a national deli chain last night and ordered a half club and cup of soup, in Texas. The clerk tells me 10.00. I get the food and see a plate that wouldn't fill up a childs stomach. No value

Bump, anyone? (:
