Precision hit registration
Hi.
Ok I don't know if it's just me but I seem to be having issues with hitscan registration, especially on Siva enemies. Precision in particular, I don't want to throw out the phrase ghost bullets but it just feels off when I play. Is anyone else noticing this?

Fallen are tough to head shot. Cabal a little easier, and Hive almost too easy. But they definitely changed something with Siva/fallen.

Yes, i thought it was jist my new scout so infused my hung jury today and that feels inconsistent also... i think its ok tho because it stops weapons like the hung jury being easy mode
