For the past 2 months, I have been doing every dreaming city activity, (bounties, shattered throne, ascendant challenge, blind well, missions, daily gear bounty, ada 1 dreaming city bounty, purification ritual) I have done these activities on all three of my characters every day, every week. And I have not gotten a single twilight oath. Not even a bad roll, I literally have not gotten a single twilight oath. But what I have noticed is that the only weopon I am getting is the auto rifle, and I have gotten about 9 just this week. And there is nothing I can do about it, there is no way to farm dreaming city gear either. Blind well is literally useless other than doing tier 3 once in the week, and after that blind well just sits there. Blind well should drop dreaming city gear, but it does not, instead it drops weopons like misfit and ten paces. There should be a better system in place for dreaming city weopons because it is becoming increasingly frustrating not getting the twilight oath and only getting tigerspites. Maybe make blind well useful, and let us turn in baryon bough for dreaming city gear. I hope that in the future there will be a better system in place for the dreaming city weopons or blind well.
