Destiny always has been making you grind for subclasses upgrades, but that changed some time ago, at least with the older subclasses (light). Stasis was introduced a few months before they did this to them, and it's totally fair make the newer subclass the most grindy, because will be at least a considerably the most powerful and most played (for the ones who cant have it) for a while.
But that's where the problem starts, in [b]Witch Queen[/b], at some point the old subclasses got really buffed, while stasis was heavily nerfed, at the point that isn't as viable to play with compared with the other ones, even in PVE.
I was hoping for this to change in Lightfall, since it added a new subclass as well, and finally stasis could catch up to it, but [b]NO[/b]. Stasis is as grindy as always has been, and still as nerfed as been since Witch Queen, at this point, is just HELL to get any fragment, you have to do a whole quest, and only 2 for week in the most boring way, while in the light subclasses you can buy just with GLIMMER.
And on top of all that storm, Strand has not only the powerful advantage (as always in newer subclasses), but it's SO MUCH EASIER to get fragments.
In conclusion, Stasis [b]NEED[/b] as soon as possible to get buffed again, and remove that grinding bullshit of quests and give the same of Strand, to make people use it and get Stasis fragments by collecting drops only accessible to the ones that are using it.
