I have just completed the solo run of Spire for the guardian rank 11, as I use my super on the boss to kill it, my game freezes and crashes and closes itself down. I relaunch the game and I have been given the pinnacle reward for completing the dungeon, my cp has been taken away, my dungeon report says I have a solo run on it from today. However on the guardian rank it says it is incomplete.
