In 2017, I bought Destiny 2: Events Expansion I - Curse of Osiris, I have the receipt and everything. How do I restore my account or transfer anything from there?
In the account where everything was bought, the profile status is active (image)
Order Date: 06.12.2017
I had a lot of cosmetic items and sparrows, ships, etc., plus there was an expansion, bought the game back when it was paid.

I’m assuming you’re talking about BattleNet. You don’t because Destiny 2 no longer exists on Battlenet. You had the chance to do a one time migration which had to be done before December 2020. If you didn’t do this then you are too late. This one time migration was fully advertised for at least one full year through various channels. I’m sorry you missed those notices. Also, all those old expansions are in the Destiny Content Vault (aka sunset). The only active DLC are Beyond Light, Shadowkeep, Witch Queen, and Lightfall.

Curse of Osiris and Warmind were free to play but have been long since removed from the game.
