"Cookie Delivery Helper" Quest not available at Eva | The Dawning 2023
I was not able to start the "Cookie Delivery Helper" quest line on my Hunter this week. The Halloween event "Sophisticated Sculpting" quest was available for my Hunter to pick up at Eva during the 2023 Dawning event. Now, all three of the characters on my account show the "Sophisticated Sculpting" quest and NOT the "Cookie Delivery Helper" quest line.
I just want to bake cookies and enjoy the Dawning Holiday quest.
Is there a method to get the "Cookie Delivery Helper" quest line?

I couldn't find mine for my hunter either, think it's just an account wide thing to maybe stop people absolutely milking it for mats and stuff

I also had an old event quest that I could pick up at the kiosk. I just laughed at the mess of the game

That’s weird. Yours is showing the Festival of the Lost event which shouldn’t be showing up at all since that is the Halloween event and not associated with the Dawning. You wouldn’t be able to complete that quest anyways even if you’re able to obtain it.
