Among all the changes brought with The Final Shape, beefier, deadlier enemies in ritual content is one for which nobody asked.
Combatants have no business resisting and dealing as much damage in Vanguard Ops as they do in Raids and Dungeons.
Honestly, Vanguard Ops shouldn't even have "Activity Power" enabled, as Gambit and Onslaught do not.

To provide some more context, I did some damage testing with a Kinetic Precision Hand Cannon. In The Scarlet Keep (Vanguard Ops) and in Grasp of Avarice (Normal Dungeon), I dealt the same damage in numbers to Acolytes, and the same amount of damage relative to their health, needing two headshots or two bodyshots to kill an Acolyte. In Gambit, one bodyshot left an Acolyte with ~20% health. In Onslaught, one bodyshot left an Acolyte with ~10% health. In either mode, a single headshot killed an Acolyte.
